Experience
Susan Freedman has represented clients in a variety of practice areas for over 25 years. She has successfully closed over 1,000 real estate transactions, representing the seller, buyer or lender, as well as being thoroughly familiar with title issues.
Susan also has an active matrimonial practice, and has handled numerous cases, some of which have made new law. Because of her litigation expertise, she is also an effective mediator, helping people in conflict to achieve mutually agreeable resolutions.

attuned to the unique issues that her clients present, and is expert at providing customized strategies for their resolution.

Education
A University of Maryland Law School graduate, Susan has also attended numerous legal education courses on various aspects of real estate and family law. She also has been specifically trained in mediation and collaborative law, with over 200 hours of training and a significant amount of time devoted to practice in those areas.
